Initial Consultation/Needs Assessment

Involves an on-site visit to your garden space. The visit will last approximately one hour. You can expect an overview of your garden’s strength and weaknesses. Your needs and concerns will be reviewed. The result will be a letter to you summarizing the on site assessment. Recommendation can be made at this time for further design work.

Initial Consultation fee due upon completion of visit.

This fee can be offset against fees incurred in next stage of outline plan.

An agreement for additional services including design work in the form of outline or planting plans are subject to further fees as detailed below.

$125.00.

Outline Plans

Detailed and accurate scaled hand rendered drawings of your garden that show the location of all proposed site elements and materials plus existing features that are to remain. They can then be used to guide you through the build stage.

Starting @ $295.00

A survey of your garden is necessary to complete this plan and would involve an additional charge for medium to large or irregular spaces.

Planting Plans

To scale hand rendered drawings that lay out a planting scheme that is specifically designed for your space.

Starting @ $125.00

Nursery Visits

Nursery visits help you get acquainted with the variety of selection in the marketplace. Specialty nurseries can be visited.

Pricing dependent on time and distance.

Consultation

Ongoing advice and assessment of your garden space. As a garden evolves from season to season or from year to year ongoing assessment is needed.

Contractor Liaison

We can recommend builders/landscapers for your garden project.

Pricing dependent on involvement.
